  How long have you been teaching?

  回答:I have been teaching for...

  Did you have any experiences teaching in elementary school/primary school?

  回答:Yes, I did. or No, I didnt.

  3、你打算怎么樣給小朋友上課?

  How are you going to give lessons to little kids?

  回答:I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in my lessons. I am going to use different teaching meathods to help children with different learning styles.

  4、能否示范一下?

  Can you demonstrate one lesson?

  Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children.

  There are many reasons for students dislike your subjects. When facing these students, as a teacher, we should take a rational attitude toward. Just like students who has a lively personality ,Thirdly: good communication requires the patience to listen, we should put pourself in students’shoes.   Firstly, i would like to say there are no poor students in my mind. As for those who are not well done in their academic achievement.i would take a rational attitude toward it. Firstly : i will deal fairly with this students.as for so-called poor students,we should show more respect and understanding.secondly: i will make emotional investment toward these students, believe in them. Thirdly:i will held students find their sparkle,(舉例子)。Give full play to our potential.

  4:你如何看待雷鋒?

  Lei feng is a symbol of doing good. And i think the spirit of Leifeng will be never out of fashion. Because it stand for positive energy,which we often say in nowadays. It has a guiding significance for our life and work, just as he say:love whatever you are engaged in.we as a teacher should also have this kind of attitude toward our work the spirit of arduous struggle.Secondly: we should look on his spirit dialectically.the essence of his spirit is to advocate selfless devotion,however, in reality, reasonable salary should be taken into consideration in order to improve the work proficiency and peoples’motivation. Thirdly, we should take a developmental view of his spirit.and give new meaning to the concept. As for me, i think i have put this theory into practice. I have worked as a volunteer teacher in a remote rural school and worker in a nursing home. I enjoyed the feeling to help others, i think it is still necessary for our to help those who need help.
